March Inspiration Board @ D-Lish Scraps

Its been really fun jumping from blog to blog and finding different challenges to get me going this past week!  The latest one was an inspiration board from D-Lish Scraps and I have used both the sketch and the inspiration board.  I have kept my layout REALLY simple and very true to the sketch, mainly because it was nearly 10pm last night when I started scrapping and I just wanted to get something done quick.  I used no ink or doodling for a change to stick with the clean look!

Pass The Parcel - I feel like I'm on a time warp with my scrapping at the moment, so many old photos of my babies!  This is what happens when you pull out old kits that you put photos in such a long time ago, and just start scrapping.  All good though, its so lovely to look back on my babies when they were little.  This is my niece Chloe, and my two Cooper & Georgia at their friend's birthday party.

The March Inspiration Board at D-Lish Scraps was called Caribbean Skies and looks like this...

Wishing you a scrappy day!

  1. HI.. Thanks for coming by my blog and leaving a lovely comment.. this layout is really lovely, love the clean feel and great take on the challenge.. and I really really LOVE your take on the STG sketch.. your layout is soo pretty.. love all the flowers framing your gorgeous photo.. and so glad you have found some more challenges to do too.. the only trouble is.. I wish the days would slow down!!

    1. Oh i wish time would slow down too Lizzy! Our days just seem to be so jam packed that by the time the end of the evening comes and I want to sit and scrap, most times I'm too tired to start.

  2. I love that you scrap older pics, Sar! Mine go to the bottom of the pile :/
Great take on the sketch and challenge :)

  3. Great to see you back doing some scrapping. Great take on the inspiration board. Thanks for joining in at D-Lish Scraps this month.

  4. I like the simplicity of your layout, it stays true to the sketch. It's good you are going to the old photos, they are just as important as current ones. Great take on the challenge. Thanks for joining us at D-lish Scraps.
