Yep, I've been slack. Well...actually I haven't...I've just been damn busy!!!!
Life is manic - between technical difficulties over on the
Savvy website (that have now hopefully been resolved!),
February kit release, dancing plus eisteddfod leadup (meaning extra practice with my girls!), working, exercise, spending time with my hubby when he isn't working...there isn't much spare time left!
Love my life, love every minute of it...just wish there were more hours in the day to fit in all the things I love doing. But I'll get there...what choice do we have, eh?!
Like I said, lots happening at Savvy including our
February Kit Release. I have only managed to play with the
She's Savvy Kit so far plus one layout from the
We're Savvy, thankfully I had a crop last Saturday so that MADE me get something done! Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have managed any...
There are only 2 of the
She's Savvy Kit left in the store, the kit looks like this and is only $40 this month as we were a little under our normal budget of $45.
I have done three layouts so far with this kit, and still plenty of product left for more.
My Sheepish Friend - my gorgeous friend
Peta, on our way to Camp Mojo last year. There was this one time a few years ago that someone tried to criticise Peta by saying that her girls were sheep that just followed her and copied the way she scrapbooked....and Peta took it & ran with it! Now Peta's store
Scrapbooking From Scratch has a sheep logo, we all have shirts embroidered with it, and we are all MORE than happy to be Peta's 'sheeples'. Love it!
Sugar Cubes - the little ones from the Entertainment Troupe at
VLDA last year, they made such sweet little sugar cubes at the Mad Hatter's Tea Party.
That Look - a photo to die for taken by my friend Loz at
Red Door Photography, I just love the way Bronte is looking up to her big sister, so sweet!
The
We're Savvy Kit this month is just gorgeous, the colours just work so well together! This kit is only $25 and there is only 3 left in the store, so be quick.
Only one page done with this kit so far, on Tuesday when I get together with my mum & my besties (and anyone else who wants to join us!) for just a few hours during school time.
Royal Brides - Georgia, Bronte & Charlotte dressed up in
Donna's girls flowergirl dresses, while watching the royal wedding of Wills & Kate while we were holidaying in Dalby last April. They were soooo funny!
And a closeup...
I have lots more to catch you up on in the way of scrapbooking layouts, and we'll get there...eventually!
In the meantime, if you're looking for some inspiration we are having our February Cybercrop over in the
Scrapbook Savvy forum starting at 8pm (EST) TONIGHT!! We'd love to see you join us for some fun, and get you scrapping at the same time. Challenges will be revealed shortly after 8pm tonight, so be there or be square...or be mojo-less, your choice!! ;)))
See you soon! & thanks for visiting!
